Return Policy

We are committed to offering 100% customer satisfaction.  We only sell high-quality merchandise. Before we package every item, it is inspected thoroughly for defects. However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.  Please follow the instructions below when making a return:

• Item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and stain-free (this includes deodrant)
• Original tags are still intact and have not been removed or altered
• Item cannot be scented with any soaps, perfumes, detergents, pet odor, body odor, cigarette smoke, etc.
• Email [email protected] for an Order Return Form.  Submit the form with your item(s)
• Sunrise Sundressed has the right to refuse any refund

The buyer assumes all costs for shipping the returns.

If your return item doesn’t meet the requirements listed above, you will be notified via email. You will be given 48 hours to pay a return shipping fee of $9 for it to be shipped back to you. After the 48 hours if the fee hasn’t been paid, the item will be donated to charity.

Please note that we process returns manually. It can take up to 10-14 days to process a return after we receive it.
